Melakukan pengarsipan data fisik ataupun scan copy yang berhubungan dengan keuangan

Melakukan rekap pajak customer dan supplier.

Membuat laporan PPN dan non PPN serta membuat daftar penjualan untuk dibuatkan Faktur Pajak Keluar

Mengirimkan file faktur pajak ke customer.

Memastikan setiap transaksi yang diajukan memiliki nota / invoice yang sah.

Melakukan pengajuan biaya finance pada sistem

Membuat laporan pemakaian e-toll kendaraan operasional gudang dan kantor.

Melakukan pemeriksaan dan membuat rekap pemaiakan uang jalan perdin, tunas dan uang jalan untuk kegiatan operasional

Melakukan setoran BG/CEK dan uang tunai ke Bank

Menyusun dan mengirimkan laporan keuangan yang disesuaikan dengan saldo mutasi bank dan uang tunai (H+1)

Menjadi Validator dan Input hasil perhitungan stock opname yang dilakukan oleh tim gudang.

Melakukan pekerjaan tambahan yang diminta sesuai perintah/permintaan pimpinan (selama masih dalam lingkup kerja perusahaan)

Bertanggung jawab pada SPV dan Manager Finance & Accounting.
