  • Access Control: Managing entry and exit points, verifying guest identities, and ensuring only authorized personnel access restricted areas.
  • Surveillance: Monitoring security cameras and alarms to detect potential threats or suspicious activity.
  • Incident Response: Responding to emergencies such as fires, security breaches, or medical incidents, and assisting guests or staff.
  • Enforcing Rules and Regulations: Ensuring guests and staff adhere to hotel policies and procedures.
  • Guest and Staff Assistance: Providing information, directions, and basic assistance to guests and staff.
  • Maintaining Records: Documenting security incidents, patrols, and other relevant information.
  • Collaborating with other departments: Working with the front desk, housekeeping, and other departments to maintain security.
