ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a results-driven FP&A Manager to lead financial planning, budgeting, and performance analysis processes. This role will partner with senior management to drive data-informed decision-making and ensure strong financial control across the organization.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with
ERP or BI tools.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to support business strategy.
- Prepare and present monthly and quarterly management reports, including P&L and variance analysis.
- Monitor key financial KPIs and provide insights into trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate business performance and new initiatives.
- Collaborate with department heads to deliver data-driven recommendations for strategic decisions.
