A.    Tanggung Jawab Utama

  1. Memimpin transformasi bisnis dan memastikan seluruh tim bergerak sesuai arah strategi perusahaan.
  2. Menyusun, mengembangkan, dan mengeksekusi rencana strategis lintas divisi (sales, finance, operation).
  3. Mengelola kinerja tim dan menciptakan budaya kerja yang positif, adaptif, dan berorientasi hasil.
  4. Melakukan analisis bisnis untuk meningkatkan efisiensi, profitabilitas, dan kualitas operasional.
  5. Membina hubungan dengan stakeholder internal & eksternal.
  6. Mengambil keputusan strategis berdasarkan data dan tren pasar.
  7. Mendorong inovasi serta memimpin inisiatif perubahan organisasi.

B.     Kualifikasi Wajib

  1. Minimal 10 tahun pengalaman di bidang Project / Operations / Sales / Finance di posisi leadership.
  2. Minimal 5 tahun di senior leadership level (Senior Manager / Head / Director level).
  3. Lulusan MBA dari universitas terkemuka (lokal atau internasional).
  4. Pengalaman bekerja di multinasional company atau perusahaan dengan struktur korporat kuat.
  5. Kemampuan negosiasi level tinggi, terbukti mengamankan deal besar / partnership strategis.
  6. Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang kuat, leadership presence, dan kemampuan decision making yang matang.
  7. Mampu memimpin transformasi bisnis (change management).
  8. Berpengalaman mengelola profit & loss, budgeting, financial planning.
  9. Mampu membuat dan mengeksekusi strategic business plan.

C.     Kualifikasi Tambahan (Nilai Plus)

  1. Berpengalaman memimpin proses perubahan organisasi (change management).
  2. Terbiasa bekerja dengan target agresif dan ritme kerja cepat (fast-paced environment).
  3. Memiliki komunikasi yang kuat, leadership presence, dan kemampuan decision-making yang matang.
  4. Mampu mengelola tim lintas generasi dan lintas budaya.
  5. Berpengalaman dalam scaling-up perusahaan atau membuka market baru.
