Responsibilities :

• Supervise and implement the safety rules and procedures in Company in accordance with the quality management in the Company to support the safety and smooth operation of Power Plant
• Review laws on safety and quality, develop work procedures accordingly, and continuously manage and report
• Manage power plant performance, efficiency, power trading, quality control, and environmental affairs, and review and report established plans to superiors.
• Review and report of power plant annual maintenance schedule and start-up plan
• In the event of a breakdown, such as an unexpected stoppage of a power plant, discuss cause analysis and solutions with relevant departments and report the details to superiors.
• Develop power plant safety management guidelines and manage overall safety management to ensure safety management is carried out accordingly
• Establish stable facility operation standards by revising and managing power plant operation procedures
• Management and reporting of support tasks related to shift work, such as shift work attendance, training, business trips, and rewards
• Establish a power plant performance test plan and review and report test results
• Review and report on combustion test plans for power plant efficiency management

Qualifications

• minimum 5 years of experience in operation or maintenance of the power plant
• Bachelor (Mechanical or Electrical engineering or other similar)
• Enthusiastic, active, and driven to learn
• Able to work with deadline
• A creative mind and discipline
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken
