Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Data Analyst/Business Analyst at Montigo Resorts, located in Riau, Indonesia. The individual in this role will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting data to inform decision-making, developing business reports, and identifying trends to improve operational efficiency. Key tasks include collecting, organizing, and evaluating data, supporting business strategies, and creating visualizations to communicate insights effectively. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and presenting findings to stakeholders will be integral to this position.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in data gathering, processing, and analysis.
  • Experience in data visualization and reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis tools and programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field is required; a Master's degree is an advantage.
  • Work experience in hospitality, tourism, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
