We are looking for an experienced
Plant Manager
to lead our food manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient factory operations while maintaining high standards of quality, cost, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee daily factory operations to ensure efficient, timely, and cost-effective production.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor production plans aligned with business objectives and customer demand.
  • Optimize the utilization of resources, including raw materials, equipment, and workforce, to maximize productivity and minimize waste.
  • Ensure full compliance with food safety standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., HACCP, GMP, FSSC).
  • Enforce strict adherence to workplace safety and environmental regulations to ensure a safe and compliant working environment.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and internal company policies
  • Lead and oversee capital and operational projects within the factory, from planning through execution and completion.
  • Collaborate closely with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure the timely availability of raw materials and packaging supplies.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align factory operations with overall business strategy and production targets.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to assess plant performance.
  • Support corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives within the plant.
  • Ensure compliance with sustainability goals and reporting requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Food Tech, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years in manufacturing, 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience in FMCG (food & beverage preferred).
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required
  • AutoCAD knowledge is a plus.
