Kami adalah perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang penyedia tenaga alih daya, kami sedang mencari PRODUCT OFFICER yang akan memimpin pengembangan aplikasi job portal / recruitment platform untuk penempatan di JAKARTA SELATAN dengan detail sebagai berikut :

Kualifikasi :

  • Minimal S1 dari jurusan yang relevan (Teknik Informatika, Sistem Informasi, Manajemen, Psikologi, atau setara).
  • Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2–3 tahun sebagai: Product Officer / Product Manager / Product Owner, atau Business Analyst / IT Project Officer / IT Project Manager.
  • Berpengalaman menyusun BRD / functional specification dan dokumentasi requirement lainnya.
  • Memahami konsep dasar SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) dan alur sistem.
  • Mampu membuat dan membaca flowchart / process flow / user journey.
  • Terbiasa berkomunikasi dengan vendor/IT dan stakeholder non-teknis sekaligus.
  • Memiliki kemampuan analisa dan logical thinking yang kuat, detail-oriented, dan rapi dalam dokumentasi.
  • Mampu bekerja dengan deadline, meng-handle beberapa kebutuhan sekaligus, dan berkomunikasi secara jelas.
  • Pernah terlibat dalam pengembangan job portal, ATS (Applicant Tracking System), HRIS, atau sistem HR lainnya.
  • Familiar dengan tools seperti Jira, Trello, ClickUp, Notion, atau sejenisnya.
  • Memiliki pemahaman tentang proses recruitment / talent acquisition / sourcing

Tanggung Jawab :

  • Mengumpulkan kebutuhan bisnis dari stakeholder (HR, Sourcing, Recruitment, Hiring Manager, dll).
  • Menyusun BRD (Business Requirement Document) dan dokumen requirement lain secara jelas, rapi, dan mudah dipahami.
  • Mendesain alur proses (flow) kandidat dan recruiter: mulai dari apply, screening, interview, offering, hingga hired/reject.
  • Menerjemahkan kebutuhan bisnis menjadi user story, use case, dan acceptance criteria untuk vendor/IT.
  • Menjadi penghubung utama antara user bisnis dan vendor pengembang aplikasi (software house/IT internal).
  • Mengelola dan memprioritaskan backlog fitur serta roadmap pengembangan job portal.
  • Melakukan User Acceptance Test (UAT), menyusun test scenario, dan memastikan hasil pengembangan sesuai BRD.
  • Berkolaborasi dengan tim terkait untuk melakukan improvement berkelanjutan berdasarkan data penggunaan dan feedback user.
  • Menyusun dokumentasi fitur serta panduan penggunaan sistem untuk tim HR/recruitment.
