* Minimal D3/S1 di bidang Komunikasi, Marketing, Desain, atau bidang terkait.

* Minimal 1–2 tahun di bidang Social Media / Digital Marketing (pengalaman di F&B menjadi nilai plus).

* Menguasai penggunaan platform media sosial (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Shopee).

* Memahami penggunaan Canva / Adobe Photoshop / Ilustrator, dll.

* Mampu membuat ide konten menarik dan mengikuti tren media sosial terkini.

* Mampu membaca insight dan membuat laporan performa media sosial secara berkala.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab :

* Menjadwalkan dan mempublikasikan konten di platform seperti Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, dan lainnya.

* Merencanakan tema mingguan/bulanan sesuai kampanye promosi, produk baru, atau momen tertentu.

* Bekerja sama dengan tim desain untuk menghasilkan konten visual dan caption yang menarik.

* Membangun interaksi aktif dengan audiens melalui komentar, DM, dan campaign.

* Menggunakan insight dan analytic tools (Meta Business, TikTok Analytics, dll.) menilai efektivitas konten.

* Menganalisis tren konten (musik, hashtag, format) agar konten selalu relevan dan menarik.
