Job Vacancy: Deputy Director of the Management Department

Position Objective
The Deputy Director of the Management Department ensures the stable and efficient operation of all complexes, maintains high service quality, minimizes incidents, and provides accurate reporting to the Director of the Management Department.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Control
Conduct daily inspections of all properties and supervise villa managers.
- Make timely decisions on operational matters and oversee resolution of technical issues, guest complaints, and daily tasks.
- Maintain checklists, photo reports, and update data in Notion / ERP systems.
Assist in monitoring and controlling operational expenses within the approved budget.
Coordination with Engineering Department
Coordinate elimination of technical malfunctions and oversee repair timelines.
- Control use of materials, ensure quality and timely completion of works.
Monitor preventive maintenance and equipment checks.
Personnel Management & Discipline
Supervise work schedules, attendance, and compliance with service standards.
- Monitor cleanliness, staff appearance, and adherence to company policies.
Evaluate performance of complex managers and provide improvement recommendations to the Director.
Reporting and Communication
Submit daily operational reports for all complexes to the Director.
- Prepare weekly summaries highlighting issues, solutions, and recommendations.
- Participate in departmental meetings and initiate process improvements.
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in property management, operations, or hotel management.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Attention to detail, discipline, and ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher).
