**Job Requirements – IT Helpdesk (Min. 1 Year Experience)

  1. Education & Background**

  2. Minimum S1 in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.

  3. Minimum
    1 year experience
    as IT Helpdesk/Technical Support/Service Desk.

2. Technical Skills

  • Familiar with
    Windows OS
    , basic Linux/Mac troubleshooting is a plus.
  • Understanding of
    network fundamentals
    (LAN, WAN, IP Addressing, Wi-Fi).
  • Able to troubleshoot
    PC/laptop hardware
    , printer, and peripheral issues.
  • Experience with
    ticketing systems
    (e.g., Jira, Freshdesk, OTRS) is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of
    Active Directory
    , user account management, and permissions.
  • Knowledge of
    Office 365 / Google Workspace
    support (email, login issues, etc.).
  • Able to perform
    software installation, configuration, and updates
    .
  • Understanding basic
    cybersecurity awareness
    (phishing, antivirus, access control).

3. Soft Skills

  • Strong communication skills and customer service mindset.
  • Able to work in a team and handle multiple tasks under pressure.
  • Problem-solving skills with logical and structured thinking.
  • Willing to learn and adapt to new technologies.

4. Job Responsibilities (Optional – Include if needed)

  • Provide
    first-level technical support
    to internal users via phone, chat, or email.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to
    hardware, software, and network connectivity
    .
  • Maintain and update
    IT documentation
    , asset inventory, and helpdesk reports.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate IT team.
  • Ensure all support requests are resolved within agreed
    SLA
    .
