Job Summary:

You will manage digital campaigns that engage target audiences, build brand loyalty, and drive measurable business results for our IT, trading, and sports management businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning and Execution

2. Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies for the group's IT, trading & distribution, and sports management divisions.

3. Tailor campaigns to meet the unique market demands and customer profiles of each industry.

4. Content Development and Management

5. Create compelling content, including blogs, videos, and social media posts, customized for the IT, trading, and sports industries.

6. Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure content resonates with target audiences.

7. SEO and SEM Management

8. Optimize websites and digital platforms for organic search performance (SEO).

9. Manage paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and social platforms) to drive leads and increase ROI.

10. Lead Generation and Customer Engagement

11. Implement strategies to generate qualified leads for IT solutions and trading verticals.

12. Enhance audience engagement for sports venue bookings, events, and memberships through targeted digital campaigns.

13. Performance Analytics and Reporting

14. Track KPIs such as website traffic, conversion rates, and campaign ROI using tools like Google Analytics.

15. Provide insights and actionable recommendations for continuous campaign improvement.

16. Social Media Strategy

23. Monitor industry trends, tools, and technologies across IT, trading, and sports management sectors to keep our strategies cutting-edge.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with exposure to multi-vertical environments.
• Strong understanding of lead generation, content marketing, SEO, and PPC advertising.
• Proficiency in tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs).
• Experience in managing campaigns across industries like IT, distribution, and sports management is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in creating campaigns for SaaS, B2B trading, and sports venue management.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce) and email marketing tools.
• Basic graphic design or video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
