Role Description

The Senior Paid Media & Performance Consultant is a high impact strategic role. You will be responsible for the end to end management of complex digital advertising campaigns for our international partners. This position requires a "consultant mindset," where you move beyond simple execution to act as a strategic advisor. You must be comfortable navigating high spend accounts, leveraging AI tools for optimization, and communicating sophisticated data insights to stakeholders in North America and Australia.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Media Management:
  Lead the development and execution of full funnel paid media strategies across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta, TikTok, and emerging channels.
• Global Client Advisory:
  Act as a strategic partner for international brands, providing high level performance reviews and recommendations that align with Western market trends.
• Performance Optimization:
  Continuously monitor and adjust bids, budgets, and creative assets to maximize ROI and meet aggressive growth targets.
• AI & Automation Integration:
  Utilize the latest AI marketing tools to enhance keyword research, ad copy generation, and predictive performance modeling.
• Advanced Reporting:
  Build and present detailed performance dashboards using tools like Looker Studio to translate technical metrics into clear business outcomes.

Requirements for Top Talent

• Proven Expertise:
  3 to 5 years of experience in paid media or performance marketing is required.
• International Track Record:
  Specific experience managing clients or campaigns for businesses in international markets is mandatory. US, Canada, or Australia experience is a plus.
• English Proficiency:
  Exceptional written and spoken English skills (C1 level or equivalent). You must be able to lead strategic conversations with native English speakers.
• Platform Mastery:
  Deep technical knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and GA4. Certification in these platforms is highly preferred.
• Shift Flexibility:
  Must be and able to work the night shift (US/Canada business hours) from our office in Indonesia to ensure real time alignment with international partners.

Shift & Location

Because this role supports the North American and Australian markets, work hours are designed to ensure seamless collaboration across time zones.

• Location:
  On-site (Central Jakarta)
• Work Time:
  Commence from 8pm to 12 am. End time from 5am to 9 am (Monday to Friday Jakarta time) - 9 hour shift
• Salary Range:
  Starting Salary from IDR 18,000,000 (Based on international experience and expertise)
• Employment Type:
  Full-time (Local contract with Ruby)
