Group Leader Quality Control

Padang Karunia Group is a business group in TRIPUTRA GROUP, which is engaged in four main business areas, COAL MINING , COAL TRADING , MINING CONTRACTOR and INFRASTRUCTURE and has consistently delivered coal product to domestic and overseas market.

Responsibilities:

• Support regulatory and permitting compliance in mining operations (FS, AMDAL, RR-RPT, and RKAB).
• Capable of creating mining and production plans, schedules, and sequences on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to control and monitor daily and monthly plans in detail.
• Proficient in mining sequence planning and the application of Good Mining Practice (GMP).

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Mining Engineering/Geology (Min. GPA: 3.00)
• Min. 1 year of experience or Fresh Graduates are welcome
• Able to operate Minescape, AutoCAD, and MapSource
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
• Knowledge of POM

Responsibilities:

• Ensure alignment between actual mining conditions and the geological model.
• Provide updates on coal geological models and seam correlations to the mine planning team.
• Analyze and review exploration reports, sampling costs, and field Quality Control data.
• Oversee coal sampling and quality control processes from the mine to the port.
• Support the establishment of the Mining Control Center (MCC).
• Supervise production activities to ensure coal quality is maintained.
