As a People Counselor Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting our team members through counseling, guidance, and initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction and productivity.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in counseling, employee support, or educational guidance roles (e.g., school counselor).
  • Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Familiarity with workplace or educational counseling and confidentiality practices.
  • Excellent communication and active listening abilities.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide counseling and support to employees to address workplace concerns and personal challenges.
  • Collaborate with management and HR to develop initiatives that improve employee well-being and engagement.
  • Conduct one-on-one sessions, workshops, or group discussions to address mental health, stress management, and work-life balance.
  • Act as a mediator in resolving conflicts and ensuring a positive work environment.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and accurate documentation of counseling sessions and feedback.
