Job Responsibilities:

Gap and Migration Analysis

  • Understanding gap/GAP Analysis between MINICORE (external) and Core Loan Business.
  • Identify Core Parameters and applicability for Minicore.
  • Prepare Data Mapping and validation.
  • Prepare Core process mapping wrt parameterization applicable
  • Prepare Migration business logic to bring Minicore data to Core Loans Module architecture.
  • Validating Data migration process, define entry-exit criteria.
  • Identify out-of-scope items

Loans Core Business Logic and Lifecycle maintenance (all compare with existing process in HO Core)

  • Minicore lifecycle maintenance, products and rate category, repayment etc business logic in Core.
  • Accounting parameters for Txn maintenance.
  • End of Day process fitment and financial data verification
  • Relevant Reports mapping for Minicore wrt existing Core Reports
  • Reconciliation Process
  • Interest rate, Fees and Charges parameterization setup
  • Non-performance flow and collectibity (NPA).
  • Interface with Core modules (Deposit etc) and external channels (if any).

Financial Supply Chain Management

  • Loan Interest accrual and amortization
  • Adding daily-based terms and adjusting the loan lifecycle (i.e. establishing maturity dates,
  • extending loans and reducing the remaining tenor).
  • Developing the process for charging, paying, and recording discounted interest, including providing supporting data for the accounting system.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum years of experience in the related scope of work.
  • Loans core banking functional knowledge
  • Amortization and Collectability (NPA) Functionality
  • Extensive Cobol development skills and functional understanding
  • Developing the process for charging, paying, and recording discounted interest, including providing supporting data for the accounting system.
  • Experience in validating Data migration process, define entry-exit criteria.
