Main Responsibilities
1. Check and monitor tax compliance practices within the Company.
2. Assist in maintaining tax documents and Company records relating to taxes.
3. Assist in the preparation of annual tax reports or other required tax reports.

4. Recording company transactions based on valid, complete and authentic supporting documents/evidence.

5. Prepare company financial reports in accordance with generally accepted financial accounting standards.

6. Willing to work by CODA application system to prepare supporting reports for company financial reports such as AR/AP aging reports, Fixed Asset Reports, Prepaid Expense Amortization Reports, Accrued Expense Reports, other reports according to company needs.

7. Coordinate with Subholding regarding accounting and taxation systems and procedures.

8. Coordinate with consumers and vendors regarding the implementation of tax systems and rules in accordance with applicable tax regulations.

General Responsibilities
1. Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.
2. Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
3. Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
4. Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

Qualification :

1. Bachelor Degree / S1 - Akuntansi

2. Max 25 years of age

3. Working Experince 1 year realted to accounting & taxes

4. Fluently working with microsoft office (word, excel, power point, spreadsheet)

5. Domiciled in the Cirebon, Subang and Karawang areas.

6. Willing to be placed in any area, especially Cirebon - Subang and surrounding areas.

7. Have Own vehicle ( has driving's lisence A or C )
