Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

  1. Memeriksa kelengkapan dokumen (check list) persyaratan kredit calon debitur
  2. Melakukan verifikasi dan validasi dokumen persyaratan kredit calon debitur
  3. Melakukan survey / kunjungan ke lokasi usaha nasabah terhadap nasabh fleet baru dan existing
  4. Melakukan analisa kualitatif yang meliputi bisnis model, segmen industry, profil calon debitur (perusahaan pengurus dan pemegang saham), SLIK Checking, Market Checking, Internet Checking
  5. Melakukan analisa kualitatif terhadap permohonan fasilitas pembiayaan yang diajukan oleh unit bisnis meliputi Analisa Rekening Koran/Rekening Tabungan, Analisa Neraca dan Laporan Laba Rugi, Perhitungan Cashflow Projection dan sensifitasnya
  6. Melakukan analisa terhadap struktur fasilitas pembiayaan yang diajukan (harga unit, harga karoseri, tenor, pricing)
  7. Menyajikan hasil analisa kuantitatif ke dalam parameter Score Card (Customer Profile)
  8. Menyajikan hasil analisa-analisa tersebut ke dalam kertas kerja (MRKF)
  9. Memberikan rekomendasi putusan terhadap pengajuan permohonan pengajuan pembiayaan kepada kredit komite
  10. Melakukan monitoring terhadap performansi kinerja debitur

Kualifikasi:

  1. Pendidikan min S1 semua jurusan
  2. Pengalaman dibidang Credit di perusahaan pembiayaan (handling Fleet atau Heavi Equipment lebih disukai)
  3. Memiliki kemampuan analisa dan problem solving yang baik
  4. Penempatan di Head Office Jakarta
