  1. Menyiapkan material dan program bending sesuai gambar dan WO.
  2. Setting parameter mesin, termasuk die, tonase, sudut, dan backgauge.
  3. Melakukan proses bending sesuai standar kualitas dan toleransi.

  4. Melakukan inspeksi kualitas:

  5. Memeriksa sudut, radius, panjang, dan visual yang tidak sesuai

  6. Menggunakan alat ukur (caliper, protractor, ruler)
  7. Mengoperasikan dan menjaga kebersihan mesin serta area kerja.
  8. Melakukan perawatan harian (check oil, kebersihan die, safety check).
  9. Melaporkan hasil produksi ke leader/spv, termasuk jumlah OK/NG.
  10. Melaporkan kerusakan mesin atau abnormalitas proses secepatnya.
  11. Mengikuti SOP, WI, dan standar K3 yang berlaku.
  12. Mencatat aktivitas kerja di form produksi harian.

Kualifikasi:

  1. Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK, lebih diutamakan jurusan Teknik Mesin / Fabrikasi / sejenis.
  2. Berpengalaman mengoperasikan mesin bending (manual atau CNC) minimal 1 tahun.
  3. Mampu membaca gambar teknik dan memahami ukuran toleransi.

  4. Menguasai setting mesin bending, termasuk:

  5. Penentuan V-die

  6. Setting tekanan, sudut, dan kedalaman bending
  7. Penyesuaian backgauge
  8. Paham karakter material (SS, aluminum, mild steel) serta efek springback.
  9. Memahami dasar-dasar keselamatan kerja (K3) dan penggunaan APD.
  10. Teliti, disiplin, dan mampu bekerja dengan target produksi.
  11. Mampu melakukan perawatan mesin ringan (cleaning & pengecekan harian).
  12. Siap bekerja lembur jika dibutuhkan.
