Job Description

  • Ensure Stakeholders Consistently Execute The Brand Strategy, Across All Channels, To Multiple Market Segments And Modify It As And When Required
  • Lead The Brand-building Effort
  • Lead The New Product Development Pipeline, Pricing And Scholarship Strategy
  • Develop And Execute The Annual Marketing And Communication Plans, Ensuring Consistent Performance Measurements To Achieve KPI And Maximise Return On Investment
  • Develop Marketing And Sales Analytics Processes And Metrics To Guide Decisions. Use Metrics And KPIs To Evaluate And Increase The Effectiveness Of Brand Building, Marketing Spending, Lead Generation, And Sales Management
  • Develop And Execute Digital Marketing Strategies As A New Lead Channel Across All Different Business Units, Aligning With The Brand Positioning. Own And Continuously Improve The Website And Other Digital Assets To Enhance The Client Experience And Achieve Improved Conversion Measures
  • Support The Leadership Team In Developing And Managing Strategic Partnerships And Relationships With Government, Industry, And The Broader Community, Through A Coordinated Stakeholder Management Framework
  • Support The Working Adults Partner Team To Achieve The Parallel Classes New Enrolment Goals
  • Drive Market Research To Understand The Latest Market Landscape And Development To Inform And Advise Strategic Business Planning And Product Development
  • Build, Train, Coach, And Motivate A High-performance Marketing Team To Excel Across All Key Revenue Segments

Requirement

  • Successful candidates will have a BA degree in business, marketing, or a related field, possessing a master's degree a plus
  • 6+ years of demonstrated success in marketing and digital marketing role, preferably in education or FMCG companies. Demonstrated success in brand management, campaign management, and digital marketing
  • Demonstrable experience in successfully leading and implementing successful marketing and communications programs across online and offline channels
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia language
