PT Kredit Biro Indonesia Jaya (Credit Bureau Indonesia, "CBI") as one of the private credit bureaus in Indonesia has been established since 2014 and obtained an operational license from Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) as
Lembaga Pengelola Informasi Perkreditan
(LPIP) in 2015.

In November 2021, after obtaining approval from OJK, CBI received additional capital from shareholders and appointed a new management team, which aims to provide new and leading-edge services and products. This new identity will also strengthen CBI's position as the "best-in-class, modern and innovative" credit bureau in Indonesia.

Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Data Management Lead to drive our enterprise-wide data strategy, governance, and compliance. This role is responsible for ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security, while enabling the organization to maximize the value of its data assets. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills to build a high-performing data team and foster a culture of data excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement the organization's enterprise data management and governance framework.
• Oversee data architecture, modeling, master data management (MDM), and data quality initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with OJK/BI regulations and data privacy/security standards.
• Lead efforts to improve data accessibility, usability, and decision-making capabilities across the business.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data initiatives with business objectives.
• Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing data management team.
• Act as the key liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive experience in data management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record in developing and executing enterprise data strategies and governance frameworks.
• Deep expertise in data architecture, modeling, MDM, and data quality tools/methodologies.
• Strong experience with SLIK data from OJK or BI.
• Possess relevant certifications such as Database Administrator (PostgreSQL, OceanBase, or other SQL)
• Comprehensive knowledge of data privacy and security regulations (POJK, ISO
