TRAIN Edu is an international education consultant under PT Rex Mada Ranu that helps students pursue education abroad. We provide end-to-end support, from study counseling and university applications to pre-departure preparation, working closely with trusted global education partners.

What You Will Do:

  • Execute sales strategies across B2C, B2B, and B2G channels.
  • Identify and develop partnerships with schools, universities, communities, and institutions.
  • Conduct canvassing and direct outreach to prospective clients and partners.
  • Present offers persuasively and convincingly.
  • Excel in negotiation and secure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Develop innovative solutions and ideas to support sales success.
  • Demonstrate strong determination to achieve and exceed set targets.

What We Need From You:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales, preferably in the education industry.
  • Communicative, confident, and skilled in negotiation.
  • Independent, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Target-driven with a resilient and persistent mindset.
  • Willing to work on the move and visit various locations as required.
