SAFETY OFFICER – PROJECT

Penempatan: Site Project (Sumatera / Jawa / sesuai kebutuhan proyek)

Departemen: HSE – Health, Safety & Environment


Tugas Utama
  • Melakukan pengawasan dan memastikan pelaksanaan pekerjaan proyek sesuai standar K3 dan peraturan perundangan yang berlaku.
  • Melaksanakan safety induction, safety briefing, toolbox meeting, dan edukasi K3 kepada seluruh pekerja.
  • Melakukan inspeksi area kerja, alat kerja, peralatan listrik, alat berat, scaffolding, dan APD.
  • Mengidentifikasi potensi bahaya (hazard identification) dan melakukan pengendalian risiko (HIRADC / JSA).
  • Membuat dan mengontrol dokumen keselamatan seperti Permit to Work, Checksheet, Form K3, Laporan Inspeksi, NCR, dan Izin Kerja Khusus.
  • Menangani dan melaporkan kecelakaan kerja, incident, near miss, serta melakukan investigasi dan tindakan perbaikan.
  • Memastikan kedisiplinan penggunaan APD wajib dan penerapan standar zero accident.
  • Berkoordinasi dengan Site Manager, tim engineer, kontraktor, dan manajemen perusahaan.

Kualifikasi
  • Pendidikan minimal D3 / S1 semua jurusan (Teknik lebih disukai)
  • Pengalaman minimal 2–4 tahun di posisi HSE / Safety Officer di proyek konstruksi / EPC / MEP / PLTS
  • Wajib memiliki sertifikasi AK3 Umum / POP K3 / AK3 (minimal salah satu)
  • Memahami regulasi K3, prosedur HSE Project, Permit System, dan investigasi kecelakaan kerja
  • Mampu membuat laporan keselamatan harian/mingguan/bulanan & dokumentasi foto
  • Tegas, komunikatif, dan mampu melatih pekerja terkait prosedur keselamatan
  • Bersedia ditempatkan di lokasi proyek dan bekerja dengan sistem schedule
