About the role

PT Golden Cup Printing is seeking a skilled Product Material Control (PPIC) Staff to join our dynamic manufacturing team in Kendal, Central Java. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient planning, scheduling and control of production materials to support the company's manufacturing operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Forecasting and planning material requirements based on production schedules and sales projections
  • Coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and components
  • Monitoring inventory levels and managing the flow of materials through the production process
  • Implementing and maintaining effective inventory control systems
  • Identifying and resolving any material shortages or delays to minimise disruptions to production
  • Analysing production data and providing recommendations to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align material planning with overall business objectives

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a production planning or material control role, preferably within the printing and packaging manufacturing industry
  • Strong knowledge of production planning, inventory management, and supply chain processes
  • Proficient in using enterprise resource planning (ERP) and other production planning software
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve production-related issues
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred
