Kami sedang mencari seorang Account Receivable yang berpengalaman untuk bergabung dengan tim keuangan kami di PT. Mega Bintang Mas Indonesia di Medan, Sumatera Utara. Dalam peran ini, Anda akan bertanggung jawab untuk mengelola proses tagihan dan pembayaran, memastikan arus kas perusahaan yang sehat. Pekerjaan ini menawarkan tantangan yang menarik dalam industri manufaktur yang sedang berkembang.

Tanggung Jawab Utama

  • Mengelola proses penagihan dan pengumpulan piutang pelanggan secara efisien dan tepat waktu.
  • Memantau dan menganalisis data piutang, menyiapkan laporan status keuangan secara berkala.
  • Berkoordinasi dengan tim penjualan dan pemasaran untuk memastikan pengumpulan pembayaran lancar.
  • Menangani masalah terkait piutang, termasuk investigasi, negosiasi, dan penyelesaian.
  • Mengembangkan dan menerapkan prosedur pengumpulan yang efektif untuk meningkatkan arus kas.
  • Menjaga hubungan yang baik dengan pelanggan dan memastikan kepuasan mereka.

Keterampilan dan Kualifikasi yang Dibutuhkan

  • Lulusan D3/S1 Akuntansi atau Keuangan.
  • Memiliki minimal 2 tahun pengalaman dalam peran Account Receivable atau Credit Control.
  • Terampil dalam menggunakan perangkat lunak akuntansi dan keuangan, seperti Microsoft Excel.
  • Kemampuan analitis yang kuat untuk mengidentifikasi tren dan pola pembayaran.
  • Komunikasi yang efektif, baik secara lisan maupun tertulis, untuk berinteraksi dengan pelanggan.
  • Disiplin diri, teliti, dan berorientasi pada detail.
  • Memiliki pemahaman yang baik tentang peraturan dan kebijakan terkait penagihan dan kredit.
