Pancake is a modern, fast-growing SaaS platform that helps businesses manage all customer conversations - from WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and more - in one smart, unified dashboard.

After 4 years in Indonesia, we've built a strong client base and solid brand presence. Now, we're ready to scale up fast - and we're looking for a Sales Executive who can help drive Pancake's next stage of growth in Indonesia.

What You'll Do

  • Client Prospecting:
     Research and identify potential customers through various sources, including online research, social media, industry directories, business workshops and other relevant channels.
  • Product Presentation:
    Initiate contact through phone calls, emails, and social media, in order to present basic information about our products tailored to the client's needs, both offline (visiting client offices in the Jabodetabek area) and online (via Zoom or Google Meet).
  • Customer Relationship Management
    : Proactively provide consultancy and support on Pancake services to the client at least six months after the sale.
  • Request Handling:
     Receive and process straightforward customer requests in accordance with the Pancake system.
  • Issue Resolution:
     Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, escalating more complex issues to the appropriate staff.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience:

  • 1-2 years in sales - ideally in SaaS, technology, or digital products.

  • Proven sales experience or relevant customer service experience.

  • Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken language.

  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

  • Results-oriented and driven to achieve sales Basic proficiency in English.

  • Market Knowledge:

  • Strong understanding of Indonesia's SME, digital, and e-commerce ecosystem.

  • Familiarity with local business culture and sales behavior, especially in Jabodetabek.

  • Experience engaging with online business owners, coaches, or reseller communities is a plus.

  • Location:
    Residence primarily in Jabodetabek, other cities also welcome (with different standards of salary adjusting by each region).

  • Language:
    Fluent in
