HSE Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled HSE Supervisor to join our dynamic team at PT Bulawan Daya Lestari (an affiliate of PT Adijaya Karya Makmur) located in Manado, North Sulawesi. This position is responsible for ensuring all mining activities comply with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards, SMKP Minerba, and national regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and field supervision skills in a mining environment.

• Supervise and ensure all site operations comply with company and government HSE regulations.
• Conduct hazard identification and risk assessment (HIRADC) and safety inspections.
• Implement and monitor HSE plans, SOPs, and Permit to Work (PTW) systems.
• Lead incident investigations and prepare Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective Action Plans.
• Provide HSE training, safety induction, and toolbox talks for employees and subcontractors.
• Monitor environmental aspects, waste management (B3), and housekeeping compliance.
• Coordinate with operational, engineering, and HR departments to promote a strong safety culture.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HSE reports for management and authorities.

• Bachelor's/Diploma degree in Environmental Engineering, Mining, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as HSE Supervisor in a mining contractor (nickel or coal preferred).
• Certified in General HSE (AK3U), POP, or SMKP Minerba.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Willing to work at remote mining sites (roster system).
• Proficient in MS Office and report preparation.
