Job Description:

We're looking for
a Tech Lead Engineer

professional who plays a pivotal role in guiding the technical direction of projects and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate is an innovative professional with a passion for leading tech teams and driving technical excellence. They also have a demonstrable track record in software development, system design and team leadership. Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in software development / at least 2 years in a leadership or senior engineering role.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and React (hands-on coding is required).
  • Solid understanding of software architecture, system design, and API integration.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and DevOps practices is an advantage.
  • Capable of guiding team members, troubleshooting, and providing technical solutions when challenges arise.
  • Detail-oriented with solid problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills with a proactive attitude in reporting progress (Ho-Ren-So approach), regularly provides updates and promptly reports any issues or project delays.
  • Proven experience working with international (English-speaking) companies or teams, demonstrating strong English communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Willing to work WFO.
