About the role
We are seeking an experienced AR Finance professional to join our dynamic team at PT Teknologi Kuliner Kekinian. This full-time position will be responsible for managing accounts receivable and credit control functions, playing a vital role in maintaining the financial health of our growing organisation.
What you'll be doing
- Manage the entire accounts receivable process, including invoicing, collections, and credit control
- Analyse and monitor customer payment patterns, identify and resolve issues to minimise overdue accounts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely billing
- Prepare and present detailed AR reports, highlighting key trends and insights
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2 years' experience in accounts receivable, or a similar finance role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with customers and internal teams
- Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance or a related field
