Role Description

As a Recruitment Specialist, you will play an essential role in the hiring and onboarding process. The position requires you to source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure top talent placement within the organization. You will be responsible for coordinating recruitment strategies, managing interview processes, and facilitating training to help new employees integrate seamlessly. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Palembang.

Qualifications

• Experience in Hiring and Recruiting, ensuring effective talent acquisition processes
• Proficiency in Interviewing and Communication skills to assess and engage candidates effectively
• Skills in Training initiatives to support new hire onboarding and role adjustment
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Previous experience in recruitment within distribution or retail industries is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology with min. GPA 3.00
