Job Description – Therapist (Kuma Shape Treatment)

1. Perform Kuma Shape and other body contouring treatments in accordance with company standards and protocols.
2. Conduct pre-treatment consultations to assess client needs, explain procedures, and ensure client comfort and understanding.
3. Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, and materials before and after each session, maintaining a clean and hygienic environment.
4. Operate the Kuma Shape device safely and effectively, following all operational guidelines and safety precautions.
5. Monitor clients during treatment and adjust settings based on comfort level and desired results.
6. Provide post-treatment care instructions and recommend follow-up sessions or complementary services.
7. Maintain accurate client treatment records, progress notes, and follow-up schedules.
8. Ensure high standards of hygiene, sanitation, and professional appearance at all times.
9. Promote spa products or treatment packages to achieve monthly sales targets.
10. Collaborate with other therapists and front desk staff to ensure excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, effective, and result-oriented body contouring treatments using Kuma Shape.
• Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and comfort throughout the treatment process.
• Maintain equipment functionality and report any issues immediately.
• Uphold company image by demonstrating professionalism and product knowledge.
• Contribute to team goals, including customer retention and service quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum diploma or certificate in Beauty Therapy, Aesthetic Treatment, or related field.
• Previous experience with body contouring, slimming, or aesthetic devices (e.g., Kuma Shape, RF, Cavitation) preferred.
• Knowledge of human anatomy, skin, and body care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused attitude.
• Neat and professional appearance, with excellent personal hygiene.
• Willing to work on weekends and flexible shifts.
• Training and certification on Kuma Shape equipment (if not yet certified, training will be provided).
