Role Description

Glaid Studio is looking for a creative and trend-savvy Content Creator to help us bring ideas to life through engaging video and static content.

As a Content Creator, you'll be working closely with our Digital Marketing and Design teams to create scroll-stopping visuals for both our original IP (LOST: Another Realm) and a diverse range of client brands in lifestyle, tech, F&B, and entertainment. Your work will appear across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other fast-moving platforms.

This is a hands-on creative role for someone who lives and breathes social media, knows what content hits, and is always ready to experiment with new formats.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Concept, shoot, and edit high-impact short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
  • Create visually appealing static posts and Instagram Stories
  • Contribute to monthly content calendars with fresh, relevant ideas
  • Research and apply current trends in audio, filters, storytelling, and formats
  • Work with internal teams to translate campaign briefs into content pieces
  • Write engaging captions and participate in ideation for hooks/headlines
  • Support community activation by creating reactive and interactive content
  • Maintain content quality, brand voice, and creative consistency across projects

Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of experience in content creation or social media marketing (fresh graduates with strong portfolios are welcome)
  • Proficient in editing apps (e.g., CapCut, VN, Adobe Premiere Rush, Canva, InShot, etc.)
  • Strong eye for aesthetics, storytelling, and pacing
  • Up-to-date with trends on TikTok, Instagram, and other emerging platforms
  • Comfortable with both on-camera and behind-the-camera roles
  • Able to work independently but thrive in collaboration
  • Familiarity with content across gaming, lifestyle, or youth brands is a big plus
