  • Highly detail-oriented and able to work with structured processes

  • Strong leadership, analytical skills, and ability to work effectively in a team.

  • Willing to complete the full 1.5-year program.

  • Willing to be assigned to the Production Department upon program completion.
  • Willing to comply with a 2-year service bond, as required by the company, after graduating from the Management Trainee Program.
  • Willing to be placed and/or rotated across our plants (Cibitung / Cikarang)
