We are looking for a
Digital Strategy & Activation Sr. Manager
to lead our integrated digital ecosystem — from paid media and social media to community and KOL management — driving brand awareness, engagement, and measurable growth.

What you will do

  • Develop and manage a
    360° digital marketing strategy
    , optimizing paid, owned, and earned media to achieve brand and sales objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and media performance to identify opportunities and refine strategy.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration across social media, KOL, community, and paid media teams to ensure brand consistency and campaign effectiveness.
  • Oversee digital marketing performance metrics (engagement, CTR, ROI) and provide actionable insights for optimization.
  • Maintain strong partnerships with internal teams, agencies, and external stakeholders to enhance campaign impact.
  • Manage budgets efficiently and ensure all digital initiatives deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Foster a high-performing, collaborative, and innovative team culture.

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor's degree
    in Marketing Communication, Business Management, or related field.
  • 6–7 years of experience
    in Digital Marketing, Digital Strategy, or Brand Activation, with
    2–3 years in a managerial position
    .
  • Strong experience in
    beauty, skincare, or dermatology industry
    is a plus.
  • Proven expertise in 360 Marketing, Paid Media, Market Research, and KOL & Community Management.
  • Excellent data literacy and analytical skills to measure marketing effectiveness and ROI.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Passion for innovation and staying ahead of digital and consumer trends.
