Kami membuka kesempatan bagi profesional berpengalaman untuk bergabung sebagai Senior Mechanical Engineer, yang akan berperan penting dalam perancangan, evaluasi, dan pengawasan sistem mekanikal di proyek-proyek kami.


Tanggung Jawab Utama

  • Memimpin dan mengoordinasikan seluruh kegiatan perancangan, perhitungan, dan pengawasan sistem mekanikal pada proyek Water Treatment dan Wastewater Treatment Plant.
  • Melakukan analisis teknis dan desain untuk pompa, blower, valve, pressure vessel, piping system, dan struktur mekanikal pendukung.
  • Menyusun dan meninjau dokumen engineering seperti datasheet, equipment list, specification, MTO, dan ITP.
  • Melakukan evaluasi teknis vendor, termasuk penilaian spesifikasi peralatan dan dokumen penawaran.
  • Memberikan dukungan teknis selama fase engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, hingga handover proyek.
  • Melakukan koordinasi lintas disiplin dengan tim process, civil, electrical, dan procurement untuk memastikan integrasi sistem yang optimal.
  • Membimbing dan memberikan arahan teknis kepada junior engineer, serta memastikan seluruh keluaran desain sesuai standar perusahaan dan peraturan yang berlaku.
  • Menjamin penerapan kode dan standar internasional seperti ASME, API, ISO, AWWA, JIS, dan regulasi nasional terkait.
  • Melakukan inspeksi teknis serta supervisi lapangan untuk memastikan kesesuaian pelaksanaan pekerjaan dengan desain dan spesifikasi teknis.

Kualifikasi

  • Pendidikan minimal Sarjana (S1) Teknik Mesin dari universitas terakreditasi.
  • Pengalaman minimal 7 tahun di bidang Mechanical Engineering, dengan pengalaman signifikan dalam proyek EPC Water Treatment atau Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP).
  • Menguasai standar desain internasional seperti ASME B31.3, API, ISO, AWWA, serta regulasi nasional terkait.
  • Mahir menggunakan perangkat lunak seperti AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Caesar II, PV Elite, atau software analisis mekanikal sejenis.
  • Berpengalaman dalam vendor evaluation, material specification, dan interface coordination antar disiplin teknik.
  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi profesional dalam Bahasa Inggris (lisan dan tulisan).
  • Memiliki kepemimpinan teknis, kemampuan analitis yang kuat, serta perhatian tinggi terhadap detail.
  • Bersedia melakukan perjalanan dinas dan penugasan ke lokasi proyek sesuai kebutuhan perusahaan.

Kualifikasi Tambahan (Nilai Tambah)

  • Pengalaman dalam proyek Design & Build, BOT, atau PPP untuk sistem pengolahan air dan utilitas.
  • Terlibat dalam seluruh tahapan proyek, mulai dari FEED (Front-End Engineering Design) hingga commissioning.
  • Memiliki sertifikasi profesional seperti PMP, Professional Engineer (PE), atau sertifikat kompetensi mekanikal lainnya.
  • Pengalaman di industri EPC Oil & Gas, Power Plant, atau Infrastructure Water Project akan menjadi nilai tambah.
