Supervisor Fractination

1. Supervise and coordinate the activities of the fractionation team to ensure productivity, quality, and safety standards are met
2. Monitor the fractionation process and make adjustments as needed to optimise performance and output
3. Identify areas for process improvement and implement effective solutions
4. Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of the fractionation function with the wider business operations
6. Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
7. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to the fractionation process

What we're looking for

1. Significant experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing in Palm Oil Refinery
2. Strong technical understanding of fractionation processes and equipment
3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
4. Effective communication and leadership skills to motivate and manage a team
5. Commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards
6. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
7. Relevant tertiary qualifications in a related field would be an advantage
