Role Description

·      To manages the contractual, technical, and administrative aspects of work performed by external companies (subcontractors) on a larger project, ensuring they meet quality, cost, and scheduling requirements.

·      Contract Administration: Reviewing, evaluating, and negotiating contracts with subcontractors from the tender process through to completion

·      Performance Monitoring: Overseeing subcontractors to ensure their work meets technical, quality, cost, and schedule target

·      Cost Analysis: Analyzing cost structures and proposals from subcontractors.

·      Documentation: Preparing and managing contract documents to adhere to company procedures and regulatory requirements.

·      Project Management: Collaborating with internal project teams, including other engineers and project managers.

·      Commercial Close-out: Handling the commercial and contractual close-out activities for subcontractor work.

Qualifications

1.     Bachelor's degree in a Civil Engineering with minimum 1-year experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

2.     Must be fluent in English, passive will not accept.
