We are hiring Demi CDP
Responsibilities:
Manage daily kitchen operations, including preparing and cooking Italian dishes
Supervise and lead a team of cooks and kitchen staff
Develop and implement new menu items and promotions
Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and safety standards
Communicate with F&B team and customers to ensure customer satisfaction
Assist in managing kitchen budget
Requirements:
Culinary degree or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of experience as Demi CDP or similar position in an Italian restaurant
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly
Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
HACCP certification or equivalent is a plus
