The ideal candidate should be tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft technologies and possess excellent command of English, either native or bilingual proficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive dynamics. Analyze data to understand market needs and opportunities.
  • Data Collection and Management: Efficiently gather market data from various sources, including surveys, interviews, and online databases. Organize and maintain data using Microsoft tools and technologies.
  • Reporting and Presentation: Create comprehensive reports and presentations that clearly communicate research findings, insights, and recommendations. Use Microsoft Office Suite for report generation and presentations.
  • Project Management: Manage research projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery of insights.
  • Financial Analysis: Investment Bank, Balance Sheet, P/L, etc.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Market Research, Business, Economics, Statistics, or related field.

  • Proven experience in market research or a related field.
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with online research methodologies and tools.

SALARY: 5 - 6 million IDR (3 months probation period). Then, salary will be increased/ adjusted based on work performance.
