Job Description:
- Menyusun strategi digital marketing menyeluruh (paid ads, content, social media, SEO, affiliate, KOL, dsb.) sesuai dengan objektif bisnis/klien.
- Merancang campaign lintas channel (ads, social, influencer, website, CRM) agar saling terhubung dalam satu funnel.
- Melakukan riset pasar, tren industri, perilaku audiens, serta kompetitor sebagai dasar strategi.
- Menentukan prioritas channel, porsi budget, dan pembagian resources agar strategi berjalan efisien.
- Memberi arahan ke tim (performance, content, creative, SEO, dsb.) agar eksekusi sesuai dengan strategi.
- Mengevaluasi hasil campaign secara berkala, mengidentifikasi kendala, dan memberikan rekomendasi optimasi.
- Menjadi penghubung antara internal tim dengan klien/management, menyampaikan strategi, progress, dan insight.
- Mengidentifikasi tren digital baru (platform, tools, format iklan, dsb.) dan mengintegrasikannya dalam strategi.
Requirements:
- Pendidikan minimal S1 (Marketing, Komunikasi, Bisnis, atau bidang terkait).
- Pengalaman 1–3 tahun di digital marketing, agency, atau strategic role (lebih disukai yang terbiasa multi-brand/multi-industry).
- Memahami secara mendalam digital funnel (awareness, consideration, conversion, loyalty).
- Terbiasa menyusun integrated marketing plan berbasis data.
- Memiliki pengalaman dalam campaign planning lintas channel (ads, SEO, social media, affiliate, KOL, CRM).
- Mampu presentasi dan komunikasi dengan klien/management level.
- Strong analytical & leadership mindset.
- Berdomisili di Jogja dan sekitarnya. Penempatan di Jogja.
- Berpengalaman di digital marketing perusahaan F&B (nilai +).
- Memahami dan memiliki ketertarikan dengan kultur budaya Jawa.
