Job Requirements
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree (D3/S1) in Nursing.
  • Possess more than two years of experience in mining or a similar industry.
  • Hold certifications in Petugas P3K (BNSP), BTCLS (Basic Trauma & Cardiac Life Support), STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi) Tenaga Kesehatan, ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support), Hazardous Material Handling (HAZMAT), Emergency Response Training, and Basic Safety Training.
Job Descriptions
  • Provide basic and primary medical services to employees in the mining area.
  • Support the implementation of occupational health programs to ensure worker safety and well-being.
  • Ensure medical emergency response readiness at all times.
  • Handle medical emergencies that occur in the field promptly and effectively.
  • Implement occupational health programs in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
  • Manage and operate the company's health center efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain health administration and reporting systems.
  • Supervise workplace hygiene and sanitation implementation.
  • Deliver fast, accurate, and procedural medical services in all mining areas.
  • Prepare and execute emergency medical response activities as required.
  • Ensure the availability, storage, and administration of medical supplies and drugs.
  • Communicate and collaborate professionally with employees, contractors, regulators, and stakeholders.
  • Document all health programs according to plan and applicable regulations.
  • Maintain the quality of hygiene and sanitation and conduct health education and worker check-ups.
  • Prepare and submit accurate and timely occupational health reports.
