About the role

Join the dynamic team at KNOTS as a full-time Barista in our Jakarta location. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional coffee and tea beverages, providing outstanding customer service, and contributing to the vibrant atmosphere of our cafe.

What you'll be doing

  1. Prepare a wide variety of coffee and tea drinks to the highest standards of quality and consistency
  2. Provide friendly, attentive, and efficient customer service
  3. Maintain a clean and organised work environment, including equipment and service areas
  4. Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new beverage recipes
  6. Assist with inventory management and general cafe operations as needed

What we're looking for

  1. At least 1 year of experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role
  2. Excellent knowledge of coffee and tea preparation techniques and equipment
  3. Strong customer service skills and the ability to work well in a team
  4. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation
  5. Enthusiastic and passionate about the hospitality industry
  6. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
