About the Role:
We are seeking a well-connected and service-driven professional to launch and lead our Patient Engagement Programme in Indonesia for IHH Healthcare Singapore. This role focuses on building strong relationships with high-net-worth (HNW) patients and delivering exceptional concierge-level services to enhance their healthcare experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Programme Development:
- Build and execute a patient engagement strategy that goes beyond healthcare—curating lifestyle experiences and meaningful touchpoints for our most valued patients.
Patient Engagement:
- Maintain and grow a database of patients through personalized communication and relationship management.
- Develop strategies for regular touchpoints and exclusive experiences to drive loyalty.
Concierge Services:
- Create a premium concierge service for VIP patients traveling to Singapore for treatment, managing every detail to ensure seamless arrangements.
Partnerships & Networking:
- Leverage existing connections within HNW circles to expand reach and engagement.
- Collaborate with luxury brands, hospitality partners, and lifestyle service providers to enhance the VIP experience.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in luxury hospitality, luxury concierge services, or private banking relationship management.
- Strong network within HNW communities in Indonesia.
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with discretion and professionalism.
- Ability to curate premium experiences and manage complex arrangements seamlessly.
