Qualification:

  1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  2. Minimum 1 (one) year of work experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design for company's campaigns, websites, and social media platforms.
  3. Solid understanding of website design principles, typography, colors, and layout techniques.
  4. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Lightroom), Canva, and Cap Cut.
  5. Skillful in creating and editing short-form video content is a plus.
  6. Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent time management and attention to detail.
  7. Ability to work independently and collaborate in team settings.
  8. Stay updated with emerging trends in graphic design, technology, and software.

Main Job Description:

  1. Create visual assets for digital and print platforms, including social media graphics, website materials, presentations, brochures, and reports.
  2. Develop strong visual concepts from creative briefs and contribute to brainstorming and campaign ideation.
  3. Ensure consistent brand identity by applying and refining visual and design guidelines across all materials.
  4. Manage multiple design projects, including revisions, deadlines, and production of short-form videos and motion graphics.
  5. Support cross-platform communication by enhancing website visuals, collaborating with marketing and communications teams.
  6. Should needed, create and edit short-form video content for company's digital platforms.
