This is an internship (magang) position designed for active students (minimum 5th semester) or fresh graduates in Psychology or Human Resource Management.
As an HR intern, you will gain practical experience across multiple HR functions, including organizational development, learning & development, recruitment, and employee events. This opportunity is best suited for those who are genuinely eager to learn, detail-oriented, and interested in seeing how HR practices are applied in the education sector.
Work Location: Dago, Bandung
Job Description
- Contribute to organizational development and learning & development initiatives.
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment (job posting, screening, interviews, and candidate reports).
- Support the organizing committee for internal training sessions and employee events.
- Contribute to employee engagement and development programs.
- Provide administrative support for various HR activities.
Requirements
- Active student (minimum 5th semester) or fresh graduate in Psychology or Human Resource Management.
- Strong interest in the education sector.
- Passionate about learning HR practices, including Recruitment, Organizational Development, and Learning & Development.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.
- Able to work both independently and in a team, especially in event organizing.
- Owns a personal laptop.
