As we continue to scale, we're looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist for CRM who will ensure the highest level of accuracy, consistency, and operational excellence across our CRM processes, automations, and data flows. This role will be critical in supporting our customer lifecycle, increasing team productivity, and safeguarding the integrity of our CRM-driven operations.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct daily QA checks on CRM workflows, automations, and pipelines to ensure flawless execution
  • Review and validate CRM data accuracy, hygiene, and integrity across all customer profiles and system entries
  • Identify system errors, workflow bugs, and data inconsistencies — and coordinate with relevant teams for fixes
  • Create and maintain QA documentation, test cases, and checklists for CRM operations
  • Perform A/B testing on CRM journeys, campaigns, and automation triggers to ensure optimal functionality
  • Monitor performance of CRM tools (HubSpot/Salesforce/others) and recommend improvements for efficiency
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment in CRM execution
  • Support the configuration, rollout, and QA testing of new CRM features or system enhancements
  • Provide regular QA reports and insights to management

What You'll Bring

  • 1–3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, CRM Operations, Process Improvement, or similar roles (preferably in US DTC/e-commerce environment)
  • Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
  • Experience conducting system testing, UAT, or workflow QA is a strong plus
  • Good command of English (spoken & written)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience using Intercom (preferred)
  • Tech-savvy, structured, and highly organized
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-pressure, data-driven environments
  • Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred)
