Sales Executive

The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth by securing one-time sponsorship and retainer deals who support the sustainability and expansion of Young On Top (YOT)'s vision to create stronger generations of Indonesia through impactful programs. This role combines strategic sales execution, strong networking, and proactive client engagement to establish meaningful collaborations with brands, organizations, and stakeholders.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
- Min. 1-3 years of proven experience in sales or business development.
- Has a strong and relevant professional network (e.g corporate clients, marketing decision-makers, and brand stakeholders)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and social media.
- Proficiency in English (verbal and written).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with regular client visits and external meetings.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
- Enthusiastic about youth empowerment and aligned with YOT's vision and values.
- Based in Jabodetabek.
