QC Inspector

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct final goods inspections, either independently or jointly with CFQC inspectors.
• Perform in-process production audits, incoming materials inspections, and storage quality checks.
• Monitor production orders daily to ensure alignment with ex-factory dates and resolve issues with the factory team.
• Support T4 production trials and coordinate with the production and dev-com teams to ensure timely execution and COVA availability.
• Drive quality improvement and productivity programs such as QIP, Lean Production, and Kaizen.
• Review and monitor FST lab testing and materials compliance in coordination with Deckers' Lab and RS teams.
• Assist with product security compliance and audits as required.
• Perform other duties related to quality control and assurance as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in footwear industry in production, commercialization, development, or QC roles
• Basic knowledge of footwear manufacturing and inspection processes
• Strong attention to detail, good product eye, and color recognition
• English communication skills (written and verbal).
