ourteam is hiring Indonesian native speakers to help improve voice recognition and AI language models across Southeast Asia. You'll record short audio clips, write simple transcriptions, and ensure speech data quality—all from the comfort of your home.

What You'll Do

• Record short voice clips in Indonesian using your phone or laptop.
• Write down exactly what you spoke in a simple transcription format.
• Ensure clear, natural speech across different everyday situations.
• Provide basic demographic info (age group, gender, region).

Who You Are

• Native Indonesian speaker with a clear, natural voice.
• Comfortable reading short sentences aloud.
• Owns a smartphone or computer with a stable internet connection.
• Detail-oriented when checking and writing transcriptions.
