Who We're Looking For?

• Preferably has 3+ years of experience in Calcium Soap, Fatty Acid, or related production lines based in Oleochemical Industry or FMCG Industry
• Fluent in English,
• Excited about being part of a dream,
• A strong believer in the power of winning together,
• Strong knowledge of production process, quality parameters, and chemical handling
• Able to use MS Office Programs actively,
• Able to come to our site in Sei Mangkei, Simalungun, North Sumatera

What You'll Be Doing?

To supervise and control daily operations in the Calcium Soap Plant, ensuring production targets are met safely, efficiently, and in accordance with quality standards and environmental regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, monitor, and control daily production activities in the Calcium Soap section.
• Ensure production runs according to the defined parameters (temperature, pressure, feed ratio, and process time).
• Supervise operators in performing production operations and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOP).
• Monitor material usage (fatty acid, lime, catalyst, etc.) to optimize yield and minimize waste.
• Coordinate with the Quality Control (QC) team to ensure product quality meets specifications (moisture, free fatty acid, calcium content, etc.).
• Conduct in-process quality checks and ensure corrective actions are taken if deviations occur.
• Support continuous improvement programs to enhance product consistency and process efficiency.
• Ensure all equipment (reactor, mixer, dryer, and conveyors) are operated properly and maintained in good condition.
• Coordinate with maintenance and engineering teams for preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Report any equipment abnormalities or breakdowns immediately.
• Ensure all production activities follow safety procedures and comply with HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) regulations.
• Conduct daily toolbox meetings and promote safety awareness among operators.
• Ensure chemical handling and waste management comply with company and legal standards.
• Prepare daily and weekly production reports (output, downtime, material usage, and efficiency).
• Maintain accurate production records, batch sheets, and logbooks.
• Assist in monthly stock take and material balance reports.
• Supervise and train operators to improve technical skills and discipline.
• Evaluate operator performance and ensure effective shift handover.
• Support management in manpower planning and shift arrangement.
